6 ounce bag seedless prunes
4 ounces dried apricots or peaches
4 ounces dried apple slices
6 ounces golden raisins
4 ounces mixed dried fruit
1 lemon, peeled & sliced
2 T Minute tapioca
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 bag frozen raspberries
Combine all dried fruits and cover with water well above fruit. Soak overnight with tapioca & salt in crockpot. Most of the liquid will be absorbed. In the morning, cook on low for 3-6 hours. Add frozen raspberries about an hour before serving.
